On Wednesday, February 17, 2010 the UArctic Office of Undergraduate Studies hosted a first of its kind “Open Invitation” for all UArctic Russian member institutions and non-member institutions to attend a Circumpolar Studies Information Meeting. The meeting took place in Saint Petersburg, Russia at the State Polar Academy.
