A Book of short papers will eventually be published based on the themes of presentations after the Seminar. The short papers/ abstracts must be sent to Svetlana A. Murzina by e-mail: imagination@onego.ru within August 01, 2010. The title of presentation and the short paper have to be coincided.

The first ever international seminar and PhD workshop on "The Arctic and Sub-Arctic Biological Resources- Potential for Biotechnology: Challenges and Innovations" will take place between September 6-9, 2010 in Petrozavodsk in the Republic of Karelia, Russia. The event is hosted by the Institute of Biology of the Karelian Research Centre of RAS.
