Pita Aatami. Makivik (www.makivik.org) is the organization that
represents the 10,000 Inuit in Nunavik, northern Quebec, Canada.
The Presentation was made at the 6th Open Assembly of the Northern
Research Forum, held September 3-6, 2011 in Hveragerdi, Iceland, under
the auspices of the President of Iceland, Dr. Olafur Ragnar Grimsson.
Mr. Arteau had been invited by President Grimsson.
