Call for Papers: Calotte Academy 2013, Resource geopolitics - Energy security

The Calotte Academy 2013 will be organized in May 16-23, 2013 in
Rovaniemi and Inari, Finland; in Tromsø, Norway; and in Kiruna, Sweden. The Calotte Academy is organized by the Northern Research Forum, together with the UArctic Thematic Network on Geopolitics and Security.
