Focusing on practical knowledge, SKOLKOVO dedicates itself to training leaders, who intend to implement their professional knowledge in the conditions of rapidly developing markets. To meet the requirements of a modern university, NArFU builds its’ own team that will lead the university to new horizons. To create a team capable to realize ambitious projects reflecting the regional reality and international context – is the key task of this education program. Program is divided into several modules. Module 3 is dedicated to the opportunities and best-practices of developing educational and research programs for the Arctic zone. Representatives of the University of Tromsø, Norway, and University of Alaska, Fairbanks, USA, will take part in this program. They will share expertise in the field of educational programs, innovations, management and work with local communities.
