The major topics of the conference are:
1. Problem of cross-cultural communication in Euro-Arctic Region;
2. Conceptual and linguistic world-view of people with different languages and cultures;
3. Problem of interpreting and translatology in multicultural environment;
4. Russian language in contemporary world;
5. Philosophical questions of language and linguistic sign;
6. Teaching foreign languages in globalized world;
7. Sociocultural environment of Arctic Region.
Languages: Articles for publishing are accept in Russian, English, French and German.
Registration: Please, send Registration Forms, your articles for publishing to the Organizing Committee by April 30th, 2014.
By the beginning of the Conference it is planned to publish a collection of articles.
