About Sajos
The Sámi Cultural Centre Sajos is a vibrant cultural hub located in the municipality of Inari, Finland. It serves as a focal point for the Sámi people, an Indigenous group native to the Arctic regions of the Nordics and Russia, and aims to preserve, promote, and celebrate Sámi culture, language, and traditions.
Sajos is a modern and architecturally distinctive building, designed to accommodate various cultural, social, and educational activities. The center is home to numerous Sámi organizations, including the Sámi Parliament of Finland, which represents the political and cultural rights of the Sámi people.
